Having trouble charging my iPad since updating iOS 10

• Are you plugging into a wall?
• Are you using the iPad charger that came in the box?

• Does any charging occur?
• Do you have trouble plugging into the outlet?
• Is the connector frayed?

I Have the same issue as I charge at work off the computer USB.

I Found I can charge ok if I power down the iPad and charge off my work computer USB.

but to charge while the iPad is active a proper iPad power supply and cable appears to be mandatory since iOS 10.
